Every year, hundreds of UK soccer players earn scholarships and compete in American college soccer. Here's the roadmap — broken into three stages so you always know where you are and what's next.
Stage 1
The Academy
This is the beginning. You're curious about what's possible — maybe you've heard of someone who did it, or you've seen it online. The Academy answers every foundational question before you commit to anything.
You'll learn what college soccer in the USA actually is, the different levels (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO), what standard you need, and whether the lifestyle suits you and your family.

Stage 2
The Recruit
You've decided you want this. Now comes the real work. The Recruit is for athletes who are actively trying to make it happen — contacting coaches, building a profile, understanding the eligibility rules, and preparing to leave home.
This stage covers everything from your first coach email to your last night at home. We don't skip the hard stuff — the visa, the finances, how to tell your family.
Stage 3
The Athlete
You made it. You're in America, competing. The Athlete is for players who are currently in the system — navigating coaches, academics, mental health, injuries, the transfer portal, and figuring out what comes after.
This isn't a "you're fine now" stage. The away game has just started. Real-time community chat, alumni network, and live support keeps you connected no matter how far from home you are.
